Sarah teaches the following classes:
A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is done in the safe environment of a heated room which promotes deep stretching while reducing risk of injury. The postures create a complete workout, including cardio, without pounding the spinal column or other joints of the body. By the end of class you will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, internal organ and gland while systematically delivering oxygenated blood to 100% of your body.
The sequencing of poses in this vinyasa class focuses on the flow of energy in the body and how it relates to alignment in the poses. Each pose builds upon the other to take the student deeper into a meditative state as they connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. Be prepared to move and flow.
