I have been practicing yoga since the 2000-aughts. While I deeply appreciate the meditative quality of the movement, I am most grateful for the overall wellness the practice gives me. When the uninitiated think about yoga, they picture a lithe body performing Cirque du Soleil like poses. Clearly, this is not me. But what I do have is an enthusiastic belief that yoga is a practice that meant for every BODY.   Within this practice, you discover a new appreciation for your body, an optimism about your health and wellness and a connection to the deeper parts of yourself that reveal themselves on the mat.

I have completed my 200 hour teacher training with Kelly Colln and studied with Dr. Ray Long, Doug Keller, Loren Fishman MD and Ellen Saltonstall.
