Hot 26 Basics

This basics class is based on a series of postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). Standing poses, core strengthening, forward folds, small backbends coupled with deep stretches activate the deep and small muscles of the spine. The room is heated to 90 Degrees promoting a therapeutic environment and stimulating deep stretching. By the end of class you will have moved through 26 poses strengthening and activating muscles, tendons, joints, ligaments, internal organ and glands bringing you into a state of deep relaxation and ease. Essentially... "melt your stress away." Tuesday nights 5:45-7:00.
