Claudia's teaching philosophy:
I carefully plan my classes so that each class has its own theme. Sequencing is very important to me to ensure that the class flows gracefully. The culmination of all effort is svasana, the final relaxation pose. My goal is to lead the student to this point where they can truly relax, where they have a feeling of spaciousness and peace.
Claudia Ellermann CYT 200 instructs the following:
Whether you are new to yoga or want a refresher, this class is for students who are interested in the basics of vinyasa flow. The poses are sequenced to focus on the flow of energy in the body and how it relates to proper alignment. Each pose builds upon the other allowing you to connect with your body, mind and spirit.
