YB Yoga's first 200 Hr. TT module open to all students interested in learning the way of teaching and practicing confidence, clarity and compassion in Vinyasa Yoga. Flow yoga is commonly misunderstood as a modern way to get fit with aggressive movements, breathing and speed.

Learn the roots of vinyasa yoga, where it came from, how it works, and the fullness of studying and practicing original yoga. We will work with a practical template that you can refer to and count on to create and teach joyful alignment driven yoga asana. We will cultivate the field for meditation and the study of all the 8 limbs of yoga.
