Take heart...Many of us go through our days with tenderness and sometimes pain in the low back. This four week series is a Special Focus Class. Special Focus classes provide a concentrated practice around one topic or therapeutic issue.
This month’s special focus class is for you to learn how to lengthen and strengthen the muscles around your spine.
Each week we will focus on a different movement pattern. There will be judicious use of the Yoga Wall, as well as the subtle stabilization that comes from a STRONG CORE By the time you leave you may or may not be able to go home and sleep like a baby!
