Now that you have finished our Four Weeks to Basics Series, you are ready for Four Weeks to Standing Poses. It’s also okay to join us if you didn’t do our Four Weeks to Basics Series.
Join us as we work with the four categories of Standing Yoga Asana! The yoga wall is incorporated in every class. You are invited to bring a friend as there is a bit of partner work involved. March 7, 14, 21, 28
