Heated Yoga Flow Level One

If you answered yes to the majority of the questions above, you will enjoy this class.

This is a fun-flowing Basic Vinyasa class  heated to 80°-85°.  You are introduced to more challenging poses with modifications given for different levels. 

You are encouraged to explore and play with deepening your practice while focusing on integrated breath, movement, awareness, alignment, strength, and flexibility. Postures are perfectly sequenced to begin with the simplest poses flowing towards the more challenging, using modifications for different levels and injury prevention.
