Jessica Rousseau (RYT-200)

Jessica has been working to live a well rounded yogic lifestyle for 9 years.  Her mission is to teach yoga techniques that encourage her students to attain a healthy body that is in sync with mind and soul.  Jessica teaches a flowing style of yoga that incorporates breathing with movements which are designed for the current season.  

“I’ve found Yoga to be an entirely fun and personal experience that benefits my students lives when they are away from the mat.”

Jessica received her Ashtanga teaching certificate in 2010 in Kansas City with Kathleen Kastner and Wade Mortensen. In 2012, she completed her 200 hour training at the Colorado School of Yoga under Gina Caputo and is currently enrolled in the Joyful Belly School of Ayurveda to better serve her community as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
