Yoga Basics

Whether you are newer to yoga or want a refresher, this class is specifically sequenced for you, the student who is interested in the fundamentals. The poses are sequenced to focus on the flow of energy in the body and how it relates to proper alignment. Each pose builds upon the other allowing you to connect with your body, mind and spirit. This class is appropriate for prenatal students, too!
